Specifications Compared

The dual-SIM (Nano) Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based Samsung Experience UX. The OnePlus 6T also has dual-SIM (Nano) support, but it runs OxygenOS based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy A9 (2018) could also receive an update to Android Pie in the future.
